Give Thanks!
Ok - we are the most blessed family ever! I don't have anything to complain about. and neither do you! We get up each morning and we see a sunrise and we labor through the day but at night we have a home where we can lay our heads and food on our tables! God is good!
We spent our Thanksgiving with almost all of our family. I look forward to the day when we are all together! Maybe that will happen in 2011!

Our hosts for the long weekend! Great job!
Misc. pictures including face painting, watching football, watching more football and playing with the kids! All in all - it was a great weekend.
Sienna painted my face... just in case you couldn't tell!
Nola in the dolly stroller - yikes!
We're cool!
This one's for you Gary!
And, there were some extra funny surprise photos when Sienna got ahold of the camera!
It was a whole lot of fun!
My bad habit! Things have got to change....
Yes, I said "my bad habit!" I just can't seem to stay caught up with this blogging thing. I know it's suppose to be fun but right now it is not! I want to give everyone equal time on this thing and that is just not happening! I'm not talking kids either - I'm talking GRANDKIDS!
Well, for starters today, I must back up to Fall break. We went to Austin at the last minute so we could see two of our grandchildren for a couple days since it seemed there was not much going on here at the home place. We barely got started down I-35 and the calls started. Before we got to Austin, we had sold a home. While we were there, we sold two more! How come no one needs us until we pack a bag and start out for a few days??? Thank heavens for cell phones and other misc. tech stuff! Most of which I'm not even sure how it works - it just does! It connects me with you from hundreds of miles away and it's just like we are in the next room - or sometimes even the same room!!!
It was so much fun being there and on such short notice... they welcomed us! I being a typical grandmother, I want my grandchildren to think I am THE very person in the whole wide world that they want to come visit them! Here is where I post pictures of those beautiful children!!!!
Here is the wonderful, expensive and extraordinary gift we came bearing! A wrap around monkey!! She loved it! Success!
The next big treat was riding in Juju's convertible! Of course the baby had to come too and yes, we strapped her in also.

Kiddie Acres is a real treat with pony rides, mini golf, ferris wheel and much more! It was a squeeze but Papa got in!!!
Our little helpers on Sunday morning! It's a wonder we make it to church on time.

We always go to the park just about a block from their house and play and the climbing wall is a favorite!

Everyone one loves a bargain website - right?
Hey, I found a great bargain website! I thought you might be interested. I was recently invited to this site by my daughter. It has trendy, upscale merchandise for great sale prices! When you use my email address to log in, it will give you a five dollar credit to use immediately!
I am always a little bit afraid of these kind of sites but I used this one today and it was great and I even had to call customer service to help me with a mistake I made in my order and they were great at helping me get it corrected! I think you might like to try it too. Here is the link:

Oklahoma's 2010 Realtor of the Year
Dennis received a wonderful award yesterday at the Oklahoma Association of Realtors annual conference in Tulsa Oklahoma.
He was the recipient of the 2010 Oklahoma Realtor of the Year award and it was a huge surprise for him!
They played this video at the awards banquet. It was such a great honor for Dennis to be named Oklahoma's Realtor of the Year. I truly believed he has worked so hard over the years and given so much back to his profession by serving on various committees and as an officer. I am so proud of him!
Congratulations Dennis!

Making lemonade!
Upon arrival, we had to give out the usual Juju and Papa gifts!
and this is them anxiously awaiting our lavish gifts!
and here they are with them!
and of course there were more....
POP ROCKS! He loved them!
I think she did too???

This week brought Fun, Fun, Fun in the sun! Of course, wouldn't you know that the week we head to Virginia (hoping for cooler weather) they would have record hi temps! So we made lemonade with the lemons - we headed to Virginia Beach! Yes the day after we arrived and got all our missed hugs and kisses from them, we packed up and headed to Virginia Beach for some fun in the sand and sun. Of course they were setting up for the big Neptune festival that coming weekend so it was kind of crazy but the beaches were not that busy... yet. Just one block to go...
Yep that's me in the floppy hat... you know... the skinny one!
OK - maybe it wasn't me but I used to be that skinny - I promise!
That's right - you guessed it - no pictures of me in my bathing suit!
That's why I hold the camera and take all the pictures!

On Friday we had tickets to see Disney on Ice - Toy Story - it was much anticipated by the kids! There was a billboard on the highway and we passed it several times before Friday morning and every time the kids got so excited!
Don't you just love their expressions! They were amazed and so was I! It was great!
The Boys!
The Girls!
Love this face!
Buz and Belle

Then Saturday we watched swimming lessons and just generally hung out playing!
Don't even say it - I know I have that pink top on in almost every picture! I promise, I wore other clothes while I was gone - my wardrobe was just limited!!
***********
One night we even offered to babysit so they could go out for a change by themselves.
Here are a few pictures of our idea of babysitting...
That's right - Rita's Gelato and Water ice... yum
Other babysitting tactics - get Papa to play the Pretty, Pretty Princess game with us!
**********
We went to the newly renovated Science Museum and saw the new Hubble 3D IMAX show and it was awesome! The kids really liked it - not sure if they understood but they liked it!
Sunday was a special treat. We went to church with them and then we went to Yorktown where we had reservations at the Carrot Tree. Great crabcakes!
**************
Historic Yorktown - beautiful!
Always hard to leave... until next time!
